March 8th letter

So this was another travel filled week for the Elders. They had a meeting in Lund which was a VERY long travel for them. After the meeting in Lund, they had Stake Conference and since their branch didn't get it broadcasted, the Elders went to Kristianstad for it.

East of Karlskrona there is a GINORMOUS island called ö-land. The Elders drove out there and enjoyed the scenery. There is a massive bridge that connects the island with the mainland and it is pretty dang impressive. It has a bubble in the bridge so bigger ships can pass under it and they don't have to deal with a draw bridge or anything.

Elder Arko didn't do an activity this week so they are going to try for bowling again. He hopes it works out well since their week was kind of a jumbled one because of all the travel.

The Elders are helping a less active stop smoking and drinking and he seems to be on the right path.

Okay, so the Moms and Grandmas...possible all the girls in the group will like this one. Elder Arko and his companion have taken a liking to secretly delievering baked goods to members of their branch :) It's been really fun for them because nearly everyone they have given stuff to has figured out it was them one way or another. One family saw Elder Depew through their window (he's not the best at hidding).

Well, the transfer is more than halfway over and Elder Arko is approaching His year mark! It seems so crazy to Him! He and Elder Dephew are going to start working really hard since they don't have too much time left together there and they are in a place where they could do a lot of good right now :)
